3S sport, d.o.o., respects your privacy and undertakes to use your personal data solely for the purposes stated below. Your personal data will be carefully protected in accordance with the legislation governing the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act - ZVOP-1) and the Privacy Policy.
1. Personal data
3S sport, d.o.o., is committed to protecting your personal data and safeguarding your privacy. Your personal data is therefore collected, processed, and used only based on your consent or if there is another legal basis for doing so subject to the GDPR and Slovenian legislation.
Personal data is only collected to the extent that it is actually necessary to maintain our business relationship or to the extent it has been submitted by you. Personal data constitutes all data that is associated with an individual person: name and surname, address, email address, and telephone number.

3. Methods of obtaining personal data
On this website, your personal data is collected when you fill in the contact form and when you go through the purchase process. In addition, the website also uses cookies.
4. Filling in the contact form
The personal data that you enter when you fill in the contact form or during the purchase process can be used to contact you. All personal data is handled confidentially and used only for the purposes for which it was obtained. If there is a need to process the data for any other purpose, you will be informed thereof in advance and asked for your consent.
The following information will be collected by us:
- name and surname (or company name),
- address (street and house number, postcode, town/city),
- phone number,
- e-mail.
5. Visiting and using the website
Any time you visit the website http://www.eurowallet.eu/ Google Analytics automatically generates and stores a log file (e.g. the IP number that identifies the respective computer or other device connected to the internet, the browser version, time of visit, etc.). We process this data for the purposes of our own website traffic statistics. The data collected in this way is processed separately and is not linked with other data.
6. Cookies
Cookies are text files that are placed on your computer by a web server. Cookies do not contain any information that can be used to identify you. Based on cookies, the server can recognize that you have already been on the website before; this information allows us to personalize the website for each user.

7. Purpose of personal data processing
Your personal data, for which we require your explicit and written consent, is managed, collected, and processed by the company only within the scope of the purposes for which the data was transmitted to us. We undertake not to lend or sell your personal data to any third party without giving you prior notice and obtaining your explicit written consent, and not to process it in a way incompatible with those purposes.
8. How will we retain your personal data and for how long?
The personal data we collect on the basis of your explicit consent will be stored in an electronic or physical database (depending on what form the personal data was collected) which is properly protected with technical means and accessible solely to authorized persons.
The personal data collected may be maintained in the database until the withdrawal of consent to the processing or as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is processed or until statutory requirements are met.
9. Use and processing of personal data
In accordance with the Regulation, your personal data may only be managed, collected, and processed by the company:
- on the basis of your explicit written or electronic consent,
- if the collection of your personal data is necessary in order to provide a service to you,
- if the collection of personal data is required by applicable law (e.g., with regard to the information on the issued invoice).
10. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time for one or all of the purposes for which you have consented to the processing of your personal data. You can send a written statement specifying that you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data to our address or the e-mail address provided on our website. Should you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, the company will delete all personal data collected relating to you and immediately cease processing such data.
11. Your rights concerning personal data protection
The new Regulation introduces several rights concerning personal data protection, namely:
• You have the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) and rectification of inaccurate personal data.
- You have the right to request the controller to rectify or complete inaccurate or incomplete personal data relating to you.
- You have the right to request the data controller to erase the personal data processed in relation to you without undue delay.
- In the event of rectification, amendment, or erasure of personal data, the data controller must inform you without delay of the rectification, amendment, or erasure.
- Right to restriction of processing of personal data
- You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies: the inaccuracy of the processed data, the unlawfulness of the processing, cessation of the purpose of the processing, or objection by you.
- Right to data portability
- You have the right to receive from the controller the personal data it processes relating to you.
- You have the right to request the controller to transmit the personal data it processes relating to you to another controller at your request.
- Right to object
In addition to the right to withdraw your consent, you can request the controller at any time in writing to cease using your data for the purpose of information or direct marketing, if your personal data is used for these purposes.
If you object to processing for marketing purposes, the controller will immediately stop processing your personal data for marketing and information purposes.
- You can exercise of any of your rights by written request to the controller. Requests can be sent by post to our business address or the email address published on our website.
- Right of access to personal data relating to you
- You have the right to receive confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed, and access to personal data relating to you, as well as the following information: the purpose of the processing, the type of personal data relating to you, the users of your personal data, the intended retention period of the personal data, the source of the personal data.
12. Breach of data protection
In the event of a breach of your personal data, and where it is plausibly established that such a personal data breach could result in a severe risk to your rights and freedoms, you shall be notified thereof immediately. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the competent authority without undue delay and not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it.
13. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint against the controller in the event of a personal data breach to the competent supervisory authority at the following address:

We undertake to process all collected data solely for the purposes of management and processing of personal data and in accordance with the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant sectoral legislation as well as in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
14. Validity
This Policy is available at http://www.eurowallet.eu/ and is effective from 1 March 2022.
